Fitglance is operated by Respect Mashego. By using the app, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Using Fitglance

You must be at least 18 years old. Use only photos and product images you own or have permission to use, including permission from anyone pictured. Do not submit children's photos, unlawful material, intimate imagery or content intended to harass, impersonate or deceive others.

AI previews

Try-ons and enhanced item images are AI-generated illustrations. They may change details of a person or garment and cannot establish actual fit, measurements, quality or sizing. Check the retailer's information before buying. Fitglance is not affiliated with retailers whose links you submit, unless expressly stated.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit Fitglance and its service providers to process it only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you use and share generated results.

Points and purchases

Purchases are available only if a purchase option appears in your app. The app shows the points granted and the points required for a feature before purchase or use. The App Store or Google Play checkout shows the final price, tax and payment terms for your region. Points are for Fitglance features, have no cash value, do not expire and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. A points pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, unless a future offer explicitly says otherwise.

Purchases are processed by the store where you buy them. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Remaining points are linked to your Fitglance account and should be available when you sign into that account on another device. If a purchase or remaining points do not appear, contact support with the store receipt or order number, but not your payment-card details. Already-used points cannot be restored. A refunded pack's points may be reversed. Request refunds through the App Store or Google Play, or contact us for help. Your legal refund rights remain unchanged.

Availability and accounts

Features and usage limits may change, and previews can fail or be unavailable. Keep separate copies of results you want to retain. You can delete your Fitglance account; deletion removes any remaining points balance but does not itself request a store refund. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
